Written custom quote
Standard and priority starting rates include one pickup, one delivery and up to 10 pickup-to-delivery miles. Additional loaded miles: $2 per mile. Combined waiting: first 10 minutes included, then $1 per minute with advance approval. Returns and extra stops start at $20 plus applicable mileage; a standalone return is a separate run.
Final pricing depends on the route, approved load, timing and scope. Toll, parking, outside-hours and special-handling costs are confirmed in writing before approval. Priority service depends on availability; no automatic dispatch or arrival guarantee.
New customers prepay after quote acceptance and before dispatch. Approved accounts receive agreed invoice terms. A request is not a booking. Payment and cancellation terms.

How it works
Provide business addresses, receiving contacts, your deadline, item quantities, packaged dimensions, weights and handling requirements.
We confirm cargo fit, service readiness, availability, price and payment terms. No driver is dispatched just because you submitted a form.
Have approved items packaged and ready. We confirm pickup and the agreed delivery window, and communicate delays or changes.
Receive the proof agreed before pickup. An unsuccessful handoff is reported as an exception, not marked completed.
Use your purchase order or job reference. Share only the business information needed to identify the shipment and authorized receiving contact.
Nobody available, an incorrect address, damaged packaging or a delayed release? We contact your designated person and document the issue. We do not leave items unattended without authorization.
Any return, reattempt, additional waiting or revised charges must be reviewed and approved before proceeding. Changes and cancellations follow the agreed written terms.
Request one paid pilot to test the pickup window, route and proof requirements. Recurring service is agreed separately after the pilot—not an automatic commitment.
Vehicle & cargo space
Our 2015 Lexus CT hatchback serves local businesses with packaged parts, tools and approved supplies. Lexus lists 14.3 cu. ft. of luggage capacity as a model reference; rear seats can fold for longer items, subject to a fit and loading check.

Exterior photos show the proposed magnet digitally illustrated; the QR square is a placement placeholder. Cargo photos and measurements are unchanged.
Owner-measured, approximate dimensions in inches.
| Cargo measurement or limit | Measurement |
|---|---|
| Hatch-opening height | 29 inches |
| Interior width | 38.5 inches |
| Narrowest width | 32 inches |
| Depth with rear seats upright | 32 inches |
| Maximum depth with rear seats folded | 71 inches |
| Total cargo limit — subject to load review | 600 pounds |
Plan around the narrowest width. These measurements are not a guaranteed rectangular load size or a weight rating. Package shape, hatch clearance and safe loading must be confirmed before booking.
Up to 600 pounds total cargo—subject to load review.
This is our business service limit for all packages combined, including packaging—not a per-item allowance or a guarantee that a single heavy item can be carried. It assumes our usual driver-only setup and onboard equipment. Additional passengers or equipment reduce the available allowance. Package dimensions, weight distribution, vehicle and axle limits, secure loading and final owner approval still apply.
Send the packaged length × width × height, weight per item and quantity. We confirm the hatch opening, available space and safe loading before accepting your delivery.
Photos show the vehicle configuration, not a guaranteed cargo size or weight limit. All items must fit inside with the hatch closed and be suitable for secure transport.

Free pickup-cost calculator
For your hvac & industrial parts team: estimate the staff time and vehicle cost behind a supply pickup. No email required. Start with the example below, then use your own numbers.
Example assumptions—not industry rates. Labor cost should reflect each employee’s average hourly cost. Vehicle cost should reflect your own fuel, maintenance and wear; $0.50/mile is an editable illustration, not a tax rate. Assumes one vehicle per run.
Estimated cost per run
$23.75
This estimates resources used, not guaranteed cash savings or lost sales. Payroll may remain unchanged when you use a courier. Handling the pickup yourself may cost less. Compare this estimate with your actual written delivery quote.
Formula: employees × hourly cost × minutes ÷ 60, plus round-trip miles × vehicle cost per mile. Weekly cost = cost per run × runs per week. Inputs stay in this calculator and are not included in your quote request.
