Who we serve

Built for Medical & Healthcare.

pharmacies, laboratories, clinics, dental offices, veterinary practices and senior/assisted-living facilities.

What we do

Keep your team focused. We handle the pickup.

Scheduled local runs

One pickup and one delivery, with a confirmed receiving window and approved contents.

Reserved morning routes

Up to four collection locations and one final destination within an agreed two-hour block and mileage allowance.

Senior-facility supplies

Facility supply replenishment, quoted separately for non-clinical work. No passenger transport or caregiving.

Documented handoffs

Job reference, pickup/delivery updates and agreed recipient acknowledgment. Exceptions are reported, not marked delivered.

Good service fit

Approved sealed, non-clinical supplies in suitable packaging. Send business route details only—no patient or resident information in our general forms.

Review before acceptance

Prescription, specimen and temperature-sensitive contracts are open for inquiry, not automatic booking. Required insurance, training, equipment, privacy workflows and client approvals must be confirmed before service. Hazardous materials, controlled substances, medical waste and patient records require a separate capability assessment; no universal acceptance is implied.

Clear scope. Written confirmation.

Separate medical pricing lane

Medical & Healthcare

Start with a paid pilot. Starting prices are for approved small-load routes—not an automatic booking or an all-inclusive clinical-service price.

Scheduled local medical run

From $65

One pickup + one delivery within an agreed weekday morning window.

Priority medical run

From $90

The same local scope with an agreed priority deadline, subject to availability—not automatic STAT service.

Reserved medical route

From $200 / 2-hour block

Per day: up to four collection locations + one final destination, within 30 total business miles. All related travel, waiting and handoffs must fit the two-hour block.

$65 / $90 single-run limits: Up to 10 pickup-to-delivery miles, 20 total business miles and 45 minutes total business time. Total business mileage and time include travel to pickup and return/repositioning. Up to 10 minutes combined waiting is included within—not added to—the 45-minute limit.

Beyond these limits? Extra stops, distance, time, handling, tolls, parking and outside-hours work are reviewed and quoted in writing before approval. No automatic overage charges. Reserved blocks are not unlimited routes or guaranteed daily availability.

Senior & assisted living: Ordinary facility-supply runs receive a separate written quote. Medical shipments use this medical lane; passenger transport and caregiving are not offered.

Current bookings: approved non-clinical supplies. Prescription, specimen and temperature-sensitive contract inquiries are welcome; service starts only after required insurance, training, equipment, privacy workflows and client approvals are confirmed. Do not include patient information in general forms.

Request a medical paid pilot

New customers prepay after quote acceptance and before dispatch. Approved accounts receive agreed invoice terms. A request is not a booking. Payment and cancellation terms.

Where & when

Based in Locust Grove. Serving South Atlanta.

Henry County and nearby routes through McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Lovejoy, Morrow, Griffin, Jackson, Jenkinsburg and Forsyth. Other Metro Atlanta destinations are reviewed by route, timing and availability—not automatically included in local starting rates.

Plan your receiving window

Regular hours: Monday–Friday · 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Eastern
Outside these hours? Additional availability may be arranged in advance. Ask about outside-hours delivery
Availability, timing and any additional charges must be confirmed before booking.

How it works

From your request to proof of delivery.

Step 1

Send the details

Provide business addresses, receiving contacts, your deadline, item quantities, packaged dimensions, weights and handling requirements.

Step 2

Approve the written quote

We confirm cargo fit, service readiness, availability, price and payment terms. No driver is dispatched just because you submitted a form.

Step 3

Pickup & updates

Have approved items packaged and ready. We confirm pickup and the agreed delivery window, and communicate delays or changes.

Step 4

Document the handoff

Receive the proof agreed before pickup. An unsuccessful handoff is reported as an exception, not marked completed.

What your delivery proof includes

  • Job reference, delivery date and handoff time.
  • Recipient acknowledgment or authorized placement, item count and visible condition concerns.
  • Signature when required; a photo only when authorized, lawful and appropriate.
  • Proof shared with your designated business contact through the method agreed before pickup.

Do not put patient or resident names, records or sensitive labels in general forms or delivery photos. Specialized custody and privacy requirements must be agreed before service.

If plans change

Nobody available, an incorrect address, damaged packaging or a delayed release? We contact your designated person and document the issue. We do not leave items unattended without authorization.

Any return, reattempt, additional waiting or revised charges must be reviewed and approved before proceeding. Changes and cancellations follow the agreed written terms.

Start small, then repeat

Request one paid pilot to test the pickup window, route and proof requirements. Recurring service is agreed separately after the pilot—not an automatic commitment.

Our 2015 Lexus CT hatchback serves local businesses with packaged parts, tools and approved supplies. Lexus lists 14.3 cu. ft. of luggage capacity as a model reference; rear seats can fold for longer items, subject to a fit and loading check.

Interior width38.5 inches
Narrowest width32 inches

Total cargo limit — subject to load review600 pounds

Plan around the narrowest width. These measurements are not a guaranteed rectangular load size or a weight rating. Package shape, hatch clearance and safe loading must be confirmed before booking.

Up to 600 pounds total cargo—subject to load review.

This is our business service limit for all packages combined, including packaging—not a per-item allowance or a guarantee that a single heavy item can be carried. It assumes our usual driver-only setup and onboard equipment. Additional passengers or equipment reduce the available allowance. Package dimensions, weight distribution, vehicle and axle limits, secure loading and final owner approval still apply.

Will Your Items Fit?

Send the packaged length × width × height, weight per item and quantity. We confirm the hatch opening, available space and safe loading before accepting your delivery.

Photos show the vehicle configuration, not a guaranteed cargo size or weight limit. All items must fit inside with the hatch closed and be suitable for secure transport.

Free pickup-cost calculator

What’s your supply pickup costing?

For your medical & healthcare team: estimate the staff time and vehicle cost behind a supply pickup. No email required. Start with the example below, then use your own numbers.

Your pickup routine

Example assumptions—not industry rates. Labor cost should reflect each employee’s average hourly cost. Vehicle cost should reflect your own fuel, maintenance and wear; $0.50/mile is an editable illustration, not a tax rate. Assumes one vehicle per run.

Estimated cost per run

$23.75

Staff time cost
$18.75
Vehicle cost
$5.00
Estimated weekly cost (5 runs)
$118.75
Staff-hours away per week
3.8

This estimates resources used, not guaranteed cash savings or lost sales. Payroll may remain unchanged when you use a courier. Handling the pickup yourself may cost less. Compare this estimate with your actual written delivery quote.

Formula: employees × hourly cost × minutes ÷ 60, plus round-trip miles × vehicle cost per mile. Weekly cost = cost per run × runs per week. Inputs stay in this calculator and are not included in your quote request.
